Ten people were jailed in Vietnam Monday for joining explosive protests that swept across the communist country last month after a draft investment law triggered widespread anger, Agence France-Presse reports.  Anti-China protests erupted throughout Vietnam last month and more than 100 people were arrested after demonstrators stormed a provincial government building east of Ho Chi Minh City, the local news media reported. The Government plans to develop three special economic zones, which it hopes will spearhead the country’s growth. They will be located in the coastal district of Van Don in the Northern Province of Quang Ninh, Bac Van Phong in the central province of Khanh Hoa and Phu Quoc Island.
