Vietnam must continue to take “concrete climate actions” to become a low-carbon economy and comply with the global Paris Agreement, a workshop heard in HCM City yesterday. Hiromichi Murakami, deputy director general of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Headquarters’ Global Environment Department, said Vietnam, as a member of the global community, played a major role in the implementation of the agreement.
