In a Facebook post on Monday (September 21), Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha instructed Thai police to collaborate with Interpol to bring Vorayuth “Boss” Yoovidhya home to face punishment.  On September 18, the Office of the Attorney-General (OAG) announced that the prosecutors had decided to indict Vorayuth on charges of using cocaine and reckless driving causing death. Vorayuth, a scion of a billionaire family, hit the headlines again when CNN reported in August that the prosecutors had dropped the last charge against him over the 2012 killing of a motorcycle cop. News of the prosecutors’ decision generated suspicion and questions began being asked.
