Anwar Ibrahim has once again dismissed conspiracies to stall his bid to become the eight prime minister, declaring that he has no reason to doubt the agreement made by Pakatan Harapan coalition parties, The Star reports. Anwar’s voice was once again heard in the parliament when he took part in the debate on the Eleventh Malaysia Plan Mid-Term Review on Monday. This was the first debate he took part after being sworn in as a member of the Dewan Rakyat on Oct 15 after winning the Port Dickson Parliamentary by-election on Oct 13. During an encounter with reporters on Monday, Anwar said that he accepted the findings of electoral watchdog Bersih 2.0, which state that he committed six offences while campaigning during the recent Port Dickson by-election.
