Swiss whistle-blower Xavier Andre Justo has returned to Malaysia for the third time to help with the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) investigation. Justo was interviewed by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on Tuesday for over five hours, according to The Star. A gold necklace with white diamonds, estimated to be worth RM6.4 million, was among the most expensive items seized by police in its probe related to the 1MDB issue involving former prime minister Najib Razak, according to New Straits Times. The total value of cash, jewelry and hundreds of watches and handbags seized from properties linked to former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak in a money-laundering investigation amounted to at least $273 million, police said as quoted by TIME on Wednesday, calling the haul “the biggest in Malaysian history.”
